We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and drive the successful delivery of our flagship software products. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between technical execution and business strategy, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will champion Agile methodologies, mentor junior project managers, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Initiatives: Own the project lifecycle from ideation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Agile Mastery: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage sprint backlogs, and drive iterative development cycles.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential roadblocks early and implement proactive strategies to minimize project risks.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, providing clear, concise updates and reports.
- Resource Management: Optimize team capacity and allocate resources effectively to maximize efficiency.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refine project management methodologies and tools to enhance team productivity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Certifications: PMP, PgMP, or Scrum Master Certification is highly desirable.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and tools like Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Leadership: Strong ability to lead diverse teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clarity and persuasion.
