Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation through to closure, ensuring delivery aligns with business objectives.
- Manage complex cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Utilize Agile and Waterfall methodologies to adapt to changing project requirements and scope.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues before they impact the timeline or budget.
- Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders, providing clear status updates and strategic insights.
- Oversee resource allocation, budget management, and quality assurance processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Senior Project Manager in a software or digital agency environment.
- Formal certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Certified Practitioner) is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, and Confluence.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
