Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of complex software development lifecycles.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in line with Agile methodologies.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, providing clear communication and regular reporting.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies proactively.
- Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline management to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprints, Retro, Planning) to foster team collaboration.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, specifically within the Software/IT industry.
- Proven expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks.
- PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for translating technical jargon.
- Experience managing distributed and remote teams.
