Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Lead automation strategy using Selenium/Cypress to reduce manual testing by 40%
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define acceptance criteria and quality gates
- Implement CI/CD pipeline integration for automated testing and quality metrics
- Mentor QA team members on advanced testing techniques and industry best practices
- Analyze defect trends to drive preventive measures and process improvements
- Conduct exploratory testing for complex user scenarios and edge cases
- Present quality metrics and actionable insights to stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA engineering with SaaS products
- Expertise in automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Proficiency in SQL and API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
- CSM or ISTQB certification preferred
- Demonstrable experience building and maintaining test automation suites
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
