Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives
- Develop and maintain detailed project roadmaps with clear milestones and deliverables
- Manage cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) in Agile/Scrum environments
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies for complex technical projects
- Facilitate stakeholder communications through executive dashboards and status reports
- Optimize resource allocation and budget management for 6-figure project portfolios
- Implement continuous improvement processes for project delivery methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience with SaaS or fintech products
- PMP or CPM certification required with advanced Agile/Scrum credentials
- Proven track record managing budgets exceeding $500K and cross-functional teams of 10+
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and MS Project with data-driven decision making
- Strong analytical skills with experience in risk quantification and forecasting
- Exceptional stakeholder management abilities across executive and technical levels
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field
