Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of complex enterprise projects from conception through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Lead Agile/Scrum methodologies, facilitate sprint planning, and drive continuous improvement processes
- Manage cross-functional teams across engineering, UX, and product domains with matrix reporting structures
- Develop comprehensive project roadmaps, risk mitigation strategies, and resource allocation plans
- Implement JIRA/Asana for project tracking and maintain real-time dashboards for stakeholders
- Champion stakeholder management through executive-level reporting and change leadership
- Mentor junior PMs and foster a culture of accountability and excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years of project management experience
- PMP or CPM certification with proven experience scaling enterprise-level projects
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks with demonstrable success in SaaS environments
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Asana, MS Project) and data visualization
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to technical/non-technical audiences
- Experience managing $1M+ budgets and cross-continental teams
