- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution using Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Process optimization through implementation of PMO best practices and tool standardization
- Performance reporting via dashboards and executive presentations
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in SaaS/tech environments
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification with track record of delivering complex enterprise projects
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum with certifications (CSM/PSM)
- Proven success managing budgets exceeding $5M and teams of 15+
- Advanced proficiency in Jira, Asana, and MS Project
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
- Strong business acumen with experience in product development cycles
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
