Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management including scope definition, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Stakeholder alignment across engineering, product, and executive teams
- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution using Agile methodologies
- Budget oversight and financial performance tracking
- Team leadership and mentorship of junior project staff
- Implementation of Jira, Confluence, and Asana for workflow optimization
- Quarterly reporting to leadership on project KPIs and ROI
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in tech or SaaS
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks with scaled implementations
- Proven track record of delivering complex enterprise projects
- Advanced proficiency in project management software and data visualization tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
