Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Stakeholder alignment and communication across engineering, product, and executive teams
- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution to ensure timely delivery
- Resource allocation and team leadership for 5-8 cross-functional members
- Implementation of Agile/Scrum methodologies with JIRA and Confluence
- Budget management and financial reporting for multi-million dollar projects
- Continuous improvement of project delivery processes through data-driven insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in tech/IT
- PMP or CPM certification with active status
- Proven track record delivering complex software/hardware projects
- Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (Asana, MS Project, Trello)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with remote/distributed team coordination
