Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end digital transformation roadmaps for federal departments
- Lead implementation of secure cloud migration strategies (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Develop AI/ML solutions for predictive service delivery optimization
- Establish data governance frameworks meeting federal security standards
- Manage stakeholder engagement across 15+ government agencies
- Present transformation progress to parliamentary committees
- Mentor junior specialists in agile methodologies and DevOps practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Public Administration, or related field
- 8+ years experience in government IT transformation projects
- Certification in TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture framework
- Proven track record implementing zero-trust security models
- Expertise in Canadian public sector compliance (PIPEDA, Privacy Act)
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $5M
- Strong bilingual communication skills (English/French)
- PMP certification preferred
