Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity mockups
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems ensuring consistency across web and mobile platforms
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on quantitative/qualitative user feedback
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align design solutions with business objectives
- Create compelling visual designs that balance aesthetic excellence with functional usability
- Present design rationale and defend strategic decisions to stakeholders
- Mentor junior designers and promote design thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like ProtoPie
- Proven track record of conducting user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Deep understanding of interaction design principles, information architecture, and accessibility standards
- Experience with agile methodologies and design sprint facilitation
- Ability to translate complex technical requirements into intuitive user interfaces
- Strong collaboration skills with product, engineering, and marketing teams
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (equivalent experience accepted)
