Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise software initiatives using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Develop detailed project plans, resource forecasts, and risk mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with engineering, product, and design teams to ensure alignment on deliverables
- Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements using JIRA, Asana, and MS Project
- Manage stakeholder communications and executive reporting across global teams
- Drive continuous improvement through post-project retrospectives and best practice documentation
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in tech/IT
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven track record delivering complex enterprise software projects on time/budget
- Expertise in Agile frameworks, risk management, and resource allocation
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making capability
- Exceptional leadership with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
