Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines using industry-standard tools
- Facilitate cross-functional team coordination and conflict resolution
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and quality assurance processes
- Generate executive-level reports on project status, KPIs, and ROI
- Mentor junior project managers and foster continuous improvement practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years of project management experience in tech or product development
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Expertise in JIRA, Asana, and Microsoft Project Suite
- Proven success managing complex cross-functional projects with $1M+ budgets
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management expertise
- Experience in scaling agile methodologies across growing organizations
