We're seeking a strategic leader to oversee cross-functional teams, optimize workflows, and deliver complex digital projects on time and within budget. You'll collaborate with engineering, design, and product teams to align business objectives with technical execution in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Define scope, milestones, and deliverables with stakeholders
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and resource allocation
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Track KPIs using Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project tools
- Present progress reports to executive leadership quarterly
- Coach junior PMs and improve team productivity frameworks
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience in tech/IT
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
- Proven track record of delivering complex SaaS projects
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Jira, and Confluence
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
