- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder communications
- Implement Jira and Asana to track progress and ensure transparency
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes
- Mentor junior project managers and foster a culture of accountability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years of project management experience in tech or SaaS
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification required
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Proven success managing complex projects with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability
