Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Stakeholder engagement and communication across technical, business, and executive teams
- Resource allocation and capacity planning for 5+ concurrent projects
- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution using data-driven decision making
- Agile/Scrum methodologies implementation and continuous improvement
- Budget management with P&L accountability for project portfolios
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience with 3+ in tech/SAAS
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in JIRA, Asana, and Microsoft Project Suite
- Proven success managing cross-functional teams of 10+ members
- Experience with cloud migration and digital transformation initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL/Power BI
