Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets using industry-standard tools
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage expectations across all levels of the organization
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with quality standards
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Mentor junior project managers and foster a high-performing team environment
- Implement PMO best practices and contribute to process optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of progressive project management experience in tech/IT environments
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification required with Agile/Scrum certifications
- Proven track record of managing complex projects with budgets exceeding $500K
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, MS Project, and other PMIS platforms
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in risk management methodologies and change control processes
