Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of enterprise-scale projects from conception to deployment
- Stakeholder management with C-suite executives and external partners
- Resource allocation and capacity planning across 15+ global teams
- Risk mitigation and contingency planning for high-impact initiatives
- Agile/Scrum implementation with Jira and Confluence expertise
- Performance tracking using KPIs and ROI analysis
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive project management experience
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven success in fintech or SaaS environments
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Asana, and Smartsheet
- Change management expertise with 50+ employee transitions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
