Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management from ideation to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility
- Stakeholder orchestration across C-suite, engineering, and external partners to drive consensus and secure buy-in
- Resource optimization and risk mitigation through proactive planning and adaptive methodologies
- Agile/Scrum frameworks implementation with JIRA/Confluence for maximum team velocity
- Budget forecasting and financial controls with P&L accountability
- Vendor management and third-party integration oversight
- Post-project analysis and continuous improvement of delivery processes
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive experience in tech project management with 3+ years in senior leadership roles
- PMP certification or equivalent Agile/Scrum credentials (CSM/PSM)
- Proven track record delivering complex SaaS or enterprise software projects
- Expertise in cross-functional team leadership across distributed environments
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Asana, MS Project)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level stakeholder management
- Experience with budget management over $1M+ initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
