Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management for SaaS implementations
- Stakeholder alignment across C-suite, technical teams, and external partners
- Agile/Scrum methodologies with sprint planning and retrospectives
- Budget forecasting ($2M+ projects) and resource optimization
- Risk mitigation frameworks for regulatory compliance (HIPAA/ISO 27001)
- Vendor management and third-party integrations
- Process improvement through KPI dashboards and Jira automation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Engineering/Computer Science; MBA preferred
- 7+ years PM experience with enterprise-scale projects
- PMP/PRINCE2 certification required
- Expertise in Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence)
- Cloud migration (AWS/Azure) methodologies
- Financial modeling and P&L management
- Change leadership for 50+ stakeholder organizations
