Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of complex technology projects from conception through deployment
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to align on objectives and timelines
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to enhance team productivity and adaptability
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks through data-driven decision making
- Stakeholder management across C-suite and external partners to ensure strategic alignment
- Optimize resource allocation and budget management for maximum ROI
- Drive continuous process improvements using Jira, Asana, and PMO best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in SaaS or tech environments
- PMP or CSM certification strongly preferred
- Proven success leading cross-functional teams of 15+ members
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven mindset
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Excellent communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
