- Stakeholder alignment across engineering, product, and executive teams
- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution for complex technical projects
- Resource allocation and capacity planning for 10+ concurrent initiatives
- Implementation of Agile/Scrum methodologies with Jira/Confluence
- Budget management with variance tracking and forecasting
- Performance reporting using KPI dashboards and executive presentations
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience with SaaS/tech products
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven track record delivering enterprise-level software projects
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and hybrid frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in Jira, Asana, and MS Project
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management
- Experience scaling teams and optimizing processes
