Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise software development initiatives
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives, stand-ups) using JIRA/Confluence
- Manage stakeholder communications across executive, client, and technical teams
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and change management protocols
- Mentor junior project managers and conduct process improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with PMI/PMP standards and organizational governance
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience in IT/software development
- PMP certification or equivalent Agile/Scrum credentials
- Proven track record of managing $500K+ budgets and cross-functional teams
- Expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and hybrid frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Asana)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
