Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Stakeholder alignment across engineering, product, and executive teams
- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution for high-impact initiatives
- Budget optimization and resource allocation for concurrent projects
- Implementation of Agile/Scrum methodologies with Jira/Confluence
- Performance tracking using KPIs and quarterly business reviews
- Mentorship of junior PMs to build organizational capability
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech project management with 3+ in leadership roles
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in Agile frameworks and hybrid methodologies
- Proven success scaling SaaS products from MVP to enterprise
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (Jira, Asana)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder management
- Experience with budget management over $2M annually
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
