Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams of 10+ engineers, designers, and stakeholders across global time zones
- Develop detailed project plans, roadmaps, and resource allocation strategies
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks using data-driven risk assessment frameworks
- Implement Jira, Confluence, and Asana to streamline workflows and enhance transparency
- Drive continuous improvement through post-project retrospectives and KPI analysis
- Manage project budgets exceeding $2M with strict adherence to financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in SaaS or technology
- PMP or CPM certification with current validity
- Expert proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project)
- Proven track record delivering complex software projects on time and within budget
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience managing distributed teams and cross-cultural collaboration
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in project analytics platforms
