Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans using Jira and Asana
- Manage cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing)
- Track KPIs and report progress to executive leadership
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives, stand-ups)
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in agile/scrum methodologies
- Strong data analysis and visualization skills
- Experience with enterprise SaaS products
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects
