Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of enterprise software projects, including scope definition, resource allocation, and timeline management
- Facilitate stakeholder communication across engineering, product, and executive teams to ensure alignment on project goals
- Implement agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) while maintaining JIRA/Confluence workflows for transparency
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies to prevent project bottlenecks
- Lead project retrospectives to drive continuous improvement processes
- Manage project budgets exceeding $2M with financial forecasting and variance analysis
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience with 3+ years in tech/IT environments
- PMP or CPM certification required; Agile/Scrum Master certification preferred
- Proven track record delivering complex SaaS or cloud infrastructure projects
- Expertise in risk management methodologies and budget oversight
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Microsoft Project)
- Experience mentoring junior project managers and building high-performing teams
