Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to optimize resource allocation and streamline workflows
- Develop and maintain detailed project roadmaps with clear milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies
- Implement Agile methodologies and Jira to enhance team velocity and project transparency
- Drive stakeholder communication through executive-level presentations and status reporting
- Champion continuous improvement by analyzing project metrics and implementing best practices
- Manage project budgets and vendor relationships to ensure cost efficiency and quality deliverables
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in SaaS or technology environments
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven expertise in scaling Agile/Scrum methodologies for enterprise-level projects
- Exceptional proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Strong background in budget management ($500K+ projects)
- Outstanding leadership skills with demonstrated ability to mentor high-performing teams
- Experience in stakeholder management across C-suite, technical, and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
