Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Stakeholder alignment across engineering, product, and executive leadership
- Resource allocation and budget optimization for multimillion-dollar initiatives
- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution using quantitative analysis
- Implementation of Agile/Scrum frameworks with Jira/Confluence integration
- Team leadership and performance coaching for 8-12 cross-functional members
- Compliance with ISO 9001 and CMMI Level 3 standards
- Quarterly business reviews and ROI reporting to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years progressive project management experience in tech sector
- PMP/PRINCE2 certification with track record of scaling projects
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum with SAFe or LeSS frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Jira, and Asana
- Proven success managing budgets >$2M and 50+ person teams
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Exceptional communication with executive presentation experience
