Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from conception to deployment using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and executive stakeholders
- Monitor project KPIs and provide regular status reports to leadership teams
- Manage project budgets and ensure financial accountability throughout delivery cycles
- Implement continuous improvement processes for project management workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in tech/IT environments
- PMP or CPM certification with demonstrable expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Proven track record of delivering complex enterprise projects on time and within budget
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Asana, MS Project)
