Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Stakeholder alignment and communication across engineering, product, and executive teams
- Resource allocation and capacity planning for 15+ member cross-functional teams
- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Budget management and financial forecasting for multi-million dollar projects
- Process optimization and implementation of PMO best practices
- Performance tracking via Jira, Confluence, and Asana with data-driven reporting
Qualifications
- 8+ years in project management with 3+ years in tech/software development
- PMP or CPM certification required (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience leading complex enterprise-level cloud infrastructure projects
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making experience
- Experience with remote team leadership and distributed project coordination
