Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and stakeholder expectations
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, roadmaps, and resource allocation strategies
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and implement best practices in Scrum/Kanban methodologies
- Manage cross-functional teams (engineering, design, product) to overcome dependencies and deliver on time
- Drive risk mitigation strategies and proactively address project blockers
- Implement robust project tracking systems using Jira, Asana, and MS Project
- Present executive-level progress reports and financial performance metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA or PMP certification preferred
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in SaaS or tech environments
- Proven track record managing complex projects with $500K+ budgets and cross-functional teams of 10+
- Expertise in agile methodologies, risk management, and resource optimization
- Strong proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Experience mentoring junior PMs and implementing process improvements
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with competing priorities
