Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Stakeholder engagement and communication across cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design)
- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution using advanced analytical frameworks
- Budget oversight and resource optimization for 10+ concurrent projects
- Implementation of agile/scrum methodologies with JIRA and Confluence
- Performance tracking through KPIs and reporting to executive leadership
- Mentoring junior PMs and fostering continuous improvement culture
Qualifications
- 8+ years in project management with 3+ years in tech/IT sector
- PMP or CPM certification mandatory
- Proven expertise in agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and waterfall methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Asana, MS Project)
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and ROI analysis
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Experience scaling teams in high-growth environments
