- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure iterative progress
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning for complex initiatives
- Stakeholder communication through executive dashboards and status reports
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in tech
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and JIRA/Asana tools
- Proven track record delivering complex SaaS or enterprise projects
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in project financial forecasting and budget management
- Experience managing distributed teams across multiple time zones
