Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of complex software development projects from initiation to closure
- Lead agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives, planning) while adapting to hybrid methodologies
- Develop and maintain detailed project roadmaps, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communications across C-suite, engineering, and external partners
- Implement Jira/Confluence workflows and optimize project tooling
- Mentor junior project managers and establish PMO standards
- Drive continuous improvement through data-driven KPI analysis
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive project management experience in tech
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven success scaling agile projects in enterprise environments
- Expertise in Jira, Confluence, and project management SaaS tools
- Strong analytical skills with financial acumen (budget forecasting, ROI analysis)
- Exceptional conflict resolution and negotiation abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Experience in SaaS or fintech industries preferred
