- Coordinate with engineering, product, and design teams to optimize resource allocation and stakeholder alignment
- Monitor project KPIs, implement process improvements, and provide executive-level reporting
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations for critical project components
- Foster a collaborative team environment through effective communication and conflict resolution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in SaaS or tech environments
- PMP or CPM certification with proven expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project) and data analytics
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience presenting to C-level executives
- Track record of delivering complex enterprise projects with $1M+ budgets
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
