Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for SaaS and cloud infrastructure initiatives
- Develop detailed project plans with clear milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation
- Facilitate stakeholder communication across engineering, product, and executive teams
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies using Jira and Confluence
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks through rigorous risk assessments
- Manage project budgets and financial reporting with precision
- Mentor junior project managers to elevate team capabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of project management experience in tech or SaaS environments
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven track record of delivering complex software projects on time and budget
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and project management tools
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Data-driven decision-making with analytical mindset
- Strong experience with remote/hybrid team coordination
