- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks through data-driven analysis
- Manage project budgets and financial controls within approved parameters
- Mentor junior project managers and cultivate best practices

Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in tech/IT
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven expertise in scaling Agile methodologies for enterprise projects
- Advanced proficiency in JIRA, Asana, and MS Project
- Exceptional strategic planning and risk management skills
- Track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with SaaS product development lifecycle
