Responsibilities
- Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with strategic goals
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) through agile development cycles
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines using JIRA and Asana
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and executive reporting
- Mentor junior project managers and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in SaaS or tech
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time/budget
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities
