Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of project lifecycle planning, execution, and delivery
- Stakeholder management across engineering, product, and executive teams

- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution
- Resource allocation and capacity planning for 10+ member teams
- Budget management and financial forecasting

Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience with 3+ in tech/SAAS
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in Jira, Confluence, and Asana
- Proven track record delivering enterprise-level projects
- Advanced data analysis skills (SQL/Tableau)
- Change management and organizational development experience
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
