Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles, defining scope, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and product domains to ensure cohesive collaboration
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies, conducting daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks through rigorous risk assessment and contingency planning
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and stakeholder communications with executive-level precision
- Drive continuous improvement processes using Jira, Confluence, and other PMO tools

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; PMP or CPM certification required
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in tech or SaaS environments
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies with track record of delivering complex projects
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience interfacing with C-suite executives
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
