Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of cross-functional project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints
- Stakeholder management across executive, client, and technical teams to align objectives and expectations
- Implementation of agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) with Jira/Confluence for optimal workflow
- Risk mitigation through proactive planning, resource allocation, and contingency strategies
- Performance tracking using KPIs and dashboards to maintain project visibility and quality standards
- Team leadership through mentorship, conflict resolution, and capacity planning
- Process optimization by analyzing metrics and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience with SaaS or digital transformation projects
- PMP or CPM certification with demonstrable expertise in agile methodologies
- Proven track record of managing $1M+ budgets and cross-functional teams of 10+ members
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project) and data visualization
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with remote/hybrid team leadership and distributed project coordination
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
