Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Stakeholder alignment and communication across technical, business, and executive teams
- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Budget forecasting, resource allocation, and performance tracking
- Process optimization and implementation of PMO best practices
- Mentoring junior project managers and fostering team development
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience in tech/product environments
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and JIRA/Asana tools
- Proven track record of delivering complex SaaS or infrastructure projects
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Experience scaling teams and processes in high-growth environments
