Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise-scale digital products using Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Develop comprehensive project plans with clear milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, and business teams
- Monitor project KPIs and adjust execution strategies to ensure on-time delivery within budget
- Manage stakeholder communications through executive-level reporting and presentations
- Drive continuous process improvements in project management methodologies
- Mentor junior project managers and cultivate high-performing team dynamics
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience with 3+ years in tech/fintech
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record delivering complex digital products in regulated industries
- Expert proficiency in JIRA, Asana, and Microsoft Project Suite
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Advanced stakeholder management experience across C-suite to external partners
- Deep understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
