Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for enterprise-scale technology initiatives
- Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics in alignment with business goals
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure Scrum methodology compliance
- Manage cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design) to deliver milestones on schedule
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans for complex projects
- Monitor project budgets and financial performance with quarterly variance analysis
- Stakeholder communication through executive dashboards and progress reports
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for project delivery efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or PMP certification preferred
- 7+ years of project management experience with 3+ in technology sector
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Asana/TMS tools
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar budgets and complex dependencies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills for stakeholder management
- Experience with enterprise-scale SaaS or cloud migration projects
- Leadership experience mentoring project management professionals
