Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and QA
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress using JIRA, Asana, and Microsoft Project
- Identify and mitigate risks while maintaining quality standards
- Present progress reports to executive leadership
- Optimize processes for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of project management experience in tech
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with budget management and resource optimization
