Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management including scope definition, resource allocation, and timeline execution
- Stakeholder engagement and communication across C-suite, technical teams, and external partners
- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution using advanced project management methodologies
- Budget oversight and financial performance tracking with P&L accountability
- Agile/Scrum implementation and optimization for cross-functional teams
- Mentoring junior PMs and enhancing team capabilities through knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in tech/innovation sectors
- PMP or PRIME certification required with track record of complex enterprise projects
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Proven success managing budgets exceeding $2M with 95%+ on-time delivery
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Advanced proficiency in JIRA, Asana, Microsoft Project, and Confluence
