Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, ensuring on-time delivery within budget constraints
- Develop comprehensive project plans, roadmaps, and resource allocation strategies for high-visibility initiatives
- Facilitate stakeholder communication across engineering, product, and executive teams to align expectations
- Identify, mitigate, and escalate project risks while maintaining proactive change management
- Mentor junior project managers and establish best practices for PMO excellence
- Implement and optimize project governance frameworks using Jira, Asana, and MS Project
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; PMP certification required
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in SaaS or tech environments
- Expertise in scaling agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) with distributed teams
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects with budgets exceeding $1M
- Advanced proficiency in data-driven decision making using project analytics tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
