Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Stakeholder engagement and communication across departments and leadership levels
- Resource allocation and budget management with P&L responsibility
- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution strategies
- Implementation of Agile/Scrum methodologies for rapid delivery
- Performance tracking using KPIs and reporting tools
- Team leadership and mentorship of project coordinators
- Process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience in tech or SaaS environments
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven success managing cross-functional teams of 10+ members
- Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with budget management over $500K
