Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from conception to deployment, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with clear milestones, deliverables, and success metrics
- Optimize resource allocation across Agile and Waterfall methodologies to maximize efficiency
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks through data-driven decision-making
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage executive expectations through transparent reporting
- Drive continuous improvement of project management processes and tools
- Mentor junior PMs and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years of progressive project management experience in tech or SaaS environments
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification with proven track record of complex delivery
- Expertise in JIRA, Asana, and MS Project with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams of 15+
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets exceeding $5M
- Proficiency in risk management methodologies and change management frameworks
